We are recruiting SEN Teachers for long and permanent roles starting January 2026 across London and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available in a variety of SEN schools, including PRUs, SEMH provisions, ASD specialist schools, and alternative provisions.

The Role:

  • Deliver high teaching tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
  • Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning and behavioural needs.
  • Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and multi teams to ensure holistic provision.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to promote inclusion and progress.
  • Contribute to safeguarding, behaviour management, and the wider school community.


Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching in SEN settings (PRU, SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD, or alternative provision).
  • Strong classroom management and ability to engage hard learners.
  • Knowledge of trauma and inclusive practices.
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable young people to achieve their potential.
