We are recruiting SEN Teachers for long and permanent roles starting January 2026 across London and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available in a variety of SEN schools, including PRUs, SEMH provisions, ASD specialist schools, and alternative provisions.
The Role:
- Deliver high teaching tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning and behavioural needs.
- Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and multi teams to ensure holistic provision.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to promote inclusion and progress.
- Contribute to safeguarding, behaviour management, and the wider school community.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in SEN settings (PRU, SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD, or alternative provision).
- Strong classroom management and ability to engage hard learners.
- Knowledge of trauma and inclusive practices.
- Passion for supporting vulnerable young people to achieve their potential.
