Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and business support to the Housing Complaints and Quality Assurance Team.

• Manage complaints, member inquiries, and compensation tasks efficiently within set timeframes.

• Process compensations, maintain accurate records, and produce performance reports.

• Support quality assurance processes and assist with system administration.

• Help staff use complaints and casework systems effectively.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• Strong administrative experience.

• Good IT and reporting skills.

• Keen eye for detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in quality assurance processes.

• Familiarity with system administration.
