- Process and track purchase orders through our ERP system (SAP/Oracle)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and order status updates
- Resolve supplier discrepancies and delivery issues proactively
Logistics Coordination:
- Monitor and troubleshoot 50+ weekly shipments globally
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking with precise ETD/ETA reporting
- Generate performance reports for supply chain stakeholders
Operational Support:
- Organize procurement documentation (POs, invoices, contracts)
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and supplier communications
- Streamline departmental workflows through administrative support
Ideal Candidate:? 1-2 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement? Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)? Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)? Fluent in English and Cantonese (written & spoken)? Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills
