- Oversee daily spa operations
- Manage and support spa staff
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Handle scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations
- Drive revenue through service excellence and promotions
? Requirements:
- Proven experience in spa or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends
- Relevant certifications are a plus
