Technical Compliance Lead

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Technical Compliance Lead to join our well established client.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Drive the development and implementation of sustainability and quality control processes.
  • Engage actively with our Integrated Management System to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements.
  • Play a key role in our journey towards Net Zero 2050 by implementing effective compliance strategies.
  • Conduct internal audits and lead auditing processes to ensure adherence to legal and quality standards.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to improve process efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain high IT literacy across multiple platforms including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in Technical, Compliance, or Auditing roles within the food manufacturing industry.
  • High attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
  • Experienced in Internal Audit, ideally Lead Auditing.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and IT, with strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Degree educated, ideally with HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 training.
