Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, you will:* Assist in assembling company products* Support the repair and refurbishment of products* Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to ensure product excellence* Engage in engineering change processes to enhance existing products* Complete builds in alignment with sales and service orders* Aid in the smooth operation of the Service Warehouse* Assist with picking and packing spare parts for customers and field engineers* Maintain a clean and organised Service Warehouse* Participate in stock taking and stock control

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):* Experience in Warehouse Manufacturing is preferred* Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment* Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well within a team* Basic understanding of engineering drawings* Effective communication skills in English

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):* Previous experience in a production or assembly role* Knowledge of quality assurance processes* Familiarity with medical device manufacturing standards
