About the Role
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the site's operations, leading from the front to inspire your team and deliver consistently high standards. You will champion great service, create a positive and supportive working environment, and ensure guests leave wanting to return.
You will also work closely with the wider operations team to develop and execute a commercially focused plan that grows sales and profitability across all areas of the business.
