We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Student Accommodation Manager to take the lead at a thriving student accommodation site in Leeds. You’ll manage a small on-site team, ensure high standards of service, and oversee both lettings and facilities operations—all while helping students feel at home.
As Student Accommodation Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of a modern student accommodation building, ensuring excellent service delivery, full occupancy, and safe, well-maintained facilities. You’ll lead a small on-site team, handle operational and maintenance functions, and build strong relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver excellent customer service

Manage student lettings: marketing, viewings, check-in/out, inspections, rent collection, tenancy agreements

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and data protection legislation

Handle complaints, welfare concerns, and communal area presentation

Drive revenue through re-lets, summer lets, and ancillary services

Oversee facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, waste, security, and contractor management

Complete statutory inspections, reporting, and risk assessments

Manage defect resolution and minor works projects

Collaborate with local services and institutional partners

Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met
What We’re Looking For:
