We are seeking a BIM Manager/Lead for a contract role with a Central Gov Department until March 2026, with potential for extension.

Candidates must possess knowledge of ISO19650 requirements, hands-on project experience, and asset management skills, along with familiarity with RIBA stages.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a competitive salary will be offered based on qualifications.

Essential skills:

Knowledge of ISO19650 requirement, information management
Hands on experience working with projects (issues/audits)
Implementing & translating requirements into deliverables
Asset management experience
knowledge working with RIBA stages
