Our client is a leading provider of home healthcare and complex services, committed to delivering high-quality patient care directly in patients’ homes. Our client is PE Backed and gearing up to drive the business forward with the view to complete a sale in the next 4 years.
As they continue to grow they are seeking a talented Cash & Working Capital Accountant to join the finance team and drive improvements in our treasury operations.
The Role
As the Cash & Working Capital Accountant, you will oversee and optimise all treasury-related functions, including cash management, forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital strategy. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to support companies financial goals, growth initiatives, and relationships with lenders and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cash flow management and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and growth.
- Oversee daily banking activities, inflows/outflows, and optimise payment processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasting models.
- Ensure treasury policies and procedures align with regulatory and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting and analysis to senior management.
- Leverage systems and technology to enhance treasury operations.
- Maintain and strengthen banking and investor relationships.
- Mentor and manage a treasury analyst.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and due diligence for acquisitions or strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or certification (CTP, CFA).
- 5+ years’ experience in treasury, finance, or working capital management.
- Strong background in cash flow forecasting and financial modelling.
- Deep understanding of treasury operations and financial risk management.
