Job Title: Financial Accountant

Search are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant for a temporary position to join a well known organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Support the implementation of new accounting systems and processes.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a financial accounting role.
