This service business in central Leeds is growing fast-and the numbers need someone who can keep up.
They need a Financial Controller who can do more than just close the books. Someone who gets the detail right, sees the bigger picture, and isn't afraid to say, "This doesn't stack up."
You'll be the finance lead on the ground. Reporting to the Group CFO, but running the show day to day. It's a hands-on role with a clear seat at the table.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:-
Own the numbers-management accounts, forecasts, reporting, cash flow

Improve systems and controls, not just maintain them

Handle HMRC, VAT, R&D claims, and the audit with zero fuss

Lead and develop a small team

Present clear insights to help the business grow, profitably

Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with solid experience

Strong on systems-Xero, Sage, Excel, Spotlight

Commercially sharp and confident with senior stakeholders

Exposure to a senior finance role where you've made a difference

Salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
