What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with weekly reporting on sales, payroll, and operational performance
- Helping prepare and reconcile balance sheets and cash flows
- Investigating and explaining variances - not just reporting them
- Supporting audit preparation and process improvements across the team
About you:
- You're currently studying towards a finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT, etc.) and eager to complete it
- You've got a good grasp of Excel and maybe even enjoy exploring formulas and shortcuts
- You're inquisitive by nature and enjoy understanding the "why" behind the numbers
- You're confident speaking up, asking questions, and sharing ideas
