Description
As Accounts Assistant reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be successfully responsible for notably Payment Runs, Supplier Reconciliations and Processing Invoices on a daily and weekly schedule.
Alongside this will be the opportunity to support any ad-hoc business operations , alongside reconciliations in line with the Management Accounts team.
Profile
- Experience of Processing Invoices, Weekly Payment Runs and Supplier Reconciliations.
- Can work individually and as part of a wider team.
- Comfortable with finance software such as SAGE or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can commit to 5 days on site per week.
