Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant with experience in supporting fee earners, to join their highly successful and reputable team. The Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Assistant:
* Respond to enquiries from clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Proactively update clients on the progress of their matters
* Request searches, documents, deeds, and redemption statements
* Draft transfer deeds and replies to requisitions
* Prepare for exchange of contracts
* Prepare completion statements and bills
* Manage files including notes, emails, post, and case management updates

The Required Skills and Experience of the Conveyancing Assistant:
* At least 6 months experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant
* Experience assisting fee earners with Freehold and Leasehold transactions
* Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering procedures and verification checks
* Strong customer care and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and professionalism
* Ability to explain complex processes clearly
* Self-managed workload and high organisational skills
* Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
