Admin Support Executive - Leeds (Office-Based)
Salary - £24,000
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm | Occasional Weekend Work

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking grow your career in the travel industry? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Admin Support Executive to join a dynamic team at our Leeds office.
As a valued member of the Admin team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our post booking processes and maintaining high-quality service standards across the board.
Responsibilities as an Admin Support Executive
- Process and check supplier invoices
- Quality check bookings before confirmations
- Handle ticketing, refunds, and after-sales support
- Liaise with sales agents to amend bookings
- Respond to email queries from customers, suppliers, and team members
- Monitor booking updates (errata) and ensure accurate records
- Support the General Manager with ad hoc tasks
Experience desired as an Admin Support Executive
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role (travel industry experience is a plus!)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with great written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
