Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong team ethic.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide general administrative support primarily to the operations department.
  • Accurately input data into internal systems and databases.
  • Book accommodation and travel requirements for site staff.
  • Perform general office duties including filing and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist with site employee accreditation.
  • Liaise with the operations manager regarding employee scheduling.
  • Prepare and compile job files for upcoming projects.
  • Update and maintain internal spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate material and vehicle movement with yard loaders.
  • Liaise with supervisors for job progress photos.
  • Manage and prepare trailer signs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office-based environment is preferable.
  • Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to set personal deadlines and manage own workload.

Working Hours:
