Our client, a superb International Financial Services firm with offices in Leeds city centre, is seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their Settlements team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the firm's mission while developing your career in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update internal records and input trades accurately.
  • Monitor transactions to ensure timely settlement.
  • Process physical shareholdings for sales/transfers.
  • Perform stock and cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare and distribute client letters, reports, and statements.
  • Support month-end reporting and ad-hoc reconciliations.
