Our client, a superb International Financial Services firm with offices in Leeds city centre, is seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their Settlements team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the firm's mission while developing your career in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update internal records and input trades accurately.
- Monitor transactions to ensure timely settlement.
- Process physical shareholdings for sales/transfers.
- Perform stock and cash reconciliations.
- Prepare and distribute client letters, reports, and statements.
- Support month-end reporting and ad-hoc reconciliations.
