The Role:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team of financial advisers by ensuring smooth administration, high-quality client documentation, and full compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Document & Data Management: Prepare, process, and maintain client files, including pension, investment, and protection documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Client & Adviser Support: Coordinate and support adviser meetings, assist with preparing reports and compliance documentation, and act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes adhere to FCA guidelines and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of documentation and confidentiality.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining administrative tasks, contributing to continuous improvement within the team.
- General Office Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, file management, and handling of routine inquiries.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Financial Planning Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the financial services/IFA sector is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, financial planning software, and Provider Platforms
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proactive Approach: Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and support ongoing process improvements.
