This leading surveyors in Leeds are keen to appoint an experienced Team Secretary & Administrator to join their small but very busy team. As Team Secretary you will provide a wide level of administration support to the partners and surveyors to ensure business aims are achieved. In this fully office-based role, the successful candidate will cover a wide range of support-based tasks, these include;

  • To manage secretarial workload
  • To maintain an adequate and efficient filing system
  • To provide full support to all teams as directed by the department Partner
  • General secretarial duties including, but not limited to, copy typing, photocopying, processing mail (inward and outward)
  • Ordering stationery and maintaining stock levels
  • Administering the portal as required
  • Dealing with general property enquiries received by email and telephone
  • Providing telephone support to clients and dealing with enquiries
  • Dealing with visitors to the office

This, all-encompassing, role is a great opportunity for an administrator who is looking that next step in their career, a small yet busy office setting, you will be working to strict deadlines in a highly pressurised setting; the successful candidate must be experienced and be able to manage a busy workload, the successful candidate will have;

  • 2 years minimum administration experience
  • Able to manage and prioritise workloads
  • To work on own initiative
  • To have a professional and confidential manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills including excel
  • A background is property is desired but not essential
