Location:Leeds (Hunslet) with hybrid working arrangement

Hours:Full-Time 8.30am 5.00pm, Permanent

About the Role

Were looking for an experiencedSalesforce CRM Team Leadto join our innovative team. This key position involves managing our Salesforce administrators and developers while driving our CRM strategy forward.

As Team Lead, youll balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, ensuring our Salesforce environment continues to evolve with our business needs. Youll oversee development processes using Agile methodologies, manage sprint planning, and serve as a crucial link between technical implementation and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:Guide, mentor, and develop a talented team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Technical Expertise:Maintain hands-on involvement in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including flows and object management
  • Agile Project Management:Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ticket management using Jira, serving as Scrum Master when needed
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with business directors to gather requirements, prioritize development, and align CRM capabilities with strategic goals
  • Resource Planning:Identify team capacity needs and lead recruitment efforts as the department grows
  • Cross-Functional Communication:Serve as the primary liaison between the CRM team and broader business units, ensuring alignment and transparency

Required Experience & Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin)
  • Previous Salesforce experience 4years+
  • Proven track record in Salesforce administration or development roles with deep platform knowledge
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams in an Agile environment, 2 years +
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Flows, standard objects, and core platform capabilities
  • Experience in managing Jira boards, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexibly between home and office (standard arrangement is 2 days remote, 3 days office-based, with occasional weeks requiring full office presence)

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and API management
  • Knowledge of AppExchange solutions and third-party application integration
  • Previous experience scaling a Salesforce team
