We’re working with a brilliant full-service communications agency that’s redefining what it means to be creative, collaborative, and eco-conscious. With everything from creative strategy and design, to print, mailing, digital and distribution all under one roof, this team brings big ideas to life—and they do it with sustainability and innovation at the heart of everything they do.

They’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Leeds-based Client Services team. You’ll be the go-to contact for clients, helping shape and deliver impactful campaigns across print and mail. This is a client-facing role that blends project management, commercial awareness, and creative coordination. You’ll manage timelines, budgets and internal teams, all while building strong, long-term relationships that add real value.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of relationship-building, commercial savvy and operational know-how. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within print or a creative agency

  • A strong understanding of print production, creative workflows, and mailing solutions

  • Excellent communication and client management skills

  • A proactive approach and ability to spot opportunities for growth within existing accounts

  • Strong project management skills and confidence juggling multiple deadlines

  • Experience with CRM and project tracking tools (HubSpot is a plus!)

  • A detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service

  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
