Our Client on the outskirts of Leeds, is a market leader within their field with an excellent and unrivalled brand. They are looking to add to their Account Management team by recruiting an Account Executive to join their 'fast track' programme'. This is a great opportunity if you have 2+ years' experience within Sales Administration, Customer Service, Sales Support or a similar role, with business to business customers and where you have provided full support. You will have strong Excel skills and will be confident working with data and figures. In return, this Company will invest in your ongoing training and support to allow you to develop on their 'fast track' programme into an Account Management role. You will work directly with the Key Account Manager and will receive ongoing and full support within your role.

What will the role involve:

  • You will work alongside the Key Account Manager and will be involved in all areas of client support and account management.
  • You will attend client visits with the Key Account Manager, offering support and being involved in the full meetingprocess.
  • Full and ongoing training will be given to enable you to understand the wide range of products and services on offer and the various schemes available for corporate customers.
  • CRM support - you will keep the CRM and other systems fully updated with client updates, communication etc.
  • You will support customer strategic plans and work with the KAM to develop business with clients and explore new possible opportunities.
  • Producing proposals, quotations and assisting to prepare Client Review Packs for customer meetings.
  • Developing relationships both externally with customers and internally with other teams and the wider business.
  • Any other associated administrative tasks as required.

You will have strong experience gained within a similar role that could include Administration with customer interaction, Sales Support or Administration or a Customer led role working on a business to business basis. What skills and specific experience do I need:

  • Strong Excel skills are important (and the ability to work with figures and data on a regular basis.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong Administration skills, able to keep work updated.
  • Related experience within a Customer focused role.
  • You will be highly motivated, professional and able to multi task, whilst focusing on exceptional service levels.
  • A strategic thinker.
