About the Role

You'll be part of the production artwork team, supporting the screen print and digital print departments by preparing artwork that's accurate and ready for output. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys working to specifications, with an eye for detail and a steady approach to getting things right.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalise artwork files for print and digital production

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all artwork

  • Follow production specs and meet set deadlines

  • Carry out image retouching, resizing, and file optimisation

  • Support versioning and updates based on feedback

  • Maintain organised file systems and manage digital assets

  • Conduct quality checks on all artwork before it moves to production

About You

  • Confident using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

  • Detail-focused with a methodical, thorough work style

  • Understands basic print processes and digital file formats

  • Happy working on similar tasks day-to-day in a stable role

  • Organised, dependable, and able to meet consistent deadlines

  • A collaborative team player with clear communication skills
