Our client specialise in the planning and delivery of commercial construction projects across the UK. Their expertise lies in the petrol station, roadside, and retail sectors-each development uniquely tailored to meet evolving needs such as shop refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades, and the integration of electric vehicle charging facilities.
The Opportunity
Our client are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a specialist consultancy where you'll work on high-impact, full-cycle projects-from concept through to completion.
What You'll Bring as Architectural Technician to the business.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Solid construction industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design
- Ability to manage your workload independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Proven experience working to deadlines and managing project timelines
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Basic proficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop is desirable
