Location: Leeds & surrounding areas
Salary: £30,000 (OTE £35,000+ Year 1, £37,000+ Year 2)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch) + on-call rota

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join a leading provider of automated solutions used across manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, and other industries. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your electro-mechanical expertise with full product training provided.

The Role:

• Respond to breakdowns and carry out planned maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Provide cost-effective servicing to ensure customer uptime and satisfaction.
• Work across Leeds and the North, with flexibility to complete jobs as required.
• Participate in a 24-hour call-out rota (approx. 1 in 4–6 weeks, with additional pay).

About You:

• Strong electrical maintenance/service background with proven fault-finding and breakdown skills.
• Good mechanical knowledge to support multi-skilled work.
• An electrical qualification is desirable, alongside previous field service experience.
• Flexible, motivated, and happy to work across customer sites in the Leeds area.
