Sonic Summary

The position is for a RF Design Engineer on a 6-month contract basis, working across multiple sites in the UK.
The role requires expertise in designing and developing board-level components within an RF system, particularly at mmWave frequencies.
Candidates should have experience in component selection and system line-up analysis, as well as thermal management analysis.
The salary for this role is dependent on experience (DOE) and it is outside IR35 regulations.
Applicants with component level design experience at 20GHz and above are highly encouraged to apply.

RF Design Engineer

Contract: 6 months, outside IR35, multiple UK sites, 4 days on site, rate DOE

Project scope: Design and development of board-level components within an RF system.

Technical Scope:

Board-level component design at mmWave frequencies: PAs, filters, couplers, synthesizers...etc
Component selection (ICs/MMICs)
System line-up analysis
Thermal management analysis
