About the Role
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale masterplanning schemes as well as smaller architectural commissions. The role offers significant creative freedom, responsibility, and opportunities for career development. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, and clients, ensuring high-quality design outcomes across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities for the Architect & Masterplanner
- Deliver masterplanning, urban design, regeneration, and architectural projects at varying scales.
- Lead aspects of project design, coordination, and delivery from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with internal design teams to develop intelligent, sustainable, and people-centred design solutions.
- Liaise confidently and professionally with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants.
- Produce high-quality drawings, reports, presentations, and supporting project documentation.
- Contribute to a positive studio culture and participate in knowledge-sharing across the practice.
Skills & Experience Required
- RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration, ideal experience level minimum 3-5 years PQE.
- Proven experience in delivering architectural and masterplanning projects.
- Strong design skills with a portfolio demonstrating excellence in urban design, regeneration, and architecture.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple live projects.
- Confident communicator with experience handling client and consultant engagement.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite) is advantageous.
