Junior Architectural Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Architectural Technician to join our team in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail, eager to work on diverse residential, retail, and leisure projects using Revit software.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the preparation and development of detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet regulatory standards.
  • Assist in planning applications for housing schemes.
  • Utilise Revit software and other relevant tools to produce accurate and high-quality technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in working on a variety of construction projects, particularly residential, from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and other team members.
  • Desirable: Living within commuting distance of Leeds and possession of a full UK driving licence with your own vehicle.
