Senior Project Architect

Role Requirements/Expectations:

I as currently working with a design led Architectural Practice based in the centre of Leeds who are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their team. With award-winning buildings across the UK and a portfolio of fresh projects in Healthcare and Commercial, they are currently looking for candidates that have experience leading large scale projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications:

5 years post-RIBA Qualified Experience
Good levels of Revit experience is highly advantageous, however, training will be provided
Proficient in statutory & regulatory requirements
Excellent design sense, organisational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD is useful
Ability to liaise directly with clients in a professional manner
Site experience
Good technical skills (Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential)
Great commitment
Excellent communication skills
