We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in working on a variety of residential projects from inception to completion. Our firm specialises in retail, residential, and leisure projects, primarily using Revit software.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the preparation and development of detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Utilise Revit software and other relevant tools to produce accurate and high-quality technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the construction process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist, particularly in residential, retail, and leisure projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and other team members.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Professional registration with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (desirable).
  • Residency within commuting distance of Leeds.
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (desirable).
