Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
Location: Leeds
Contract Type: Permanent
A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to lead the technical delivery of projects for a national Architectural consultancy with a diverse portfolio of work and a particularly strong pipeline of defence sector commissions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technologist to take a lead role on varied projects, coordinating technical design from detailed stages through to completion. With work spanning multiple sectors including a significant volume of defence projects, this role offers the chance to work on substantial, technically challenging schemes.
Essential Requirements:
- MCIAT qualified (or working towards) with demonstrable post-qualification experience
- Proven technical expertise with ability to lead technical delivery on projects
- Experience working on defence, secure facilities or technically complex schemes (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, detailing and construction processes
- Ability to coordinate technical information and manage consultant teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
