Your Role: As an Asset Management focused Principal Engineer, you will:
- Conduct M&E surveys on buildings looking at assets, condition, energy use and carbon reduction throughout the Yorkshire region.
- Deliver technical reports including cost options, recommendations and design solutions.
- Work on a varied portfolio of frameworks and projects, predominantly UK-based, across sectors such as Commercial Offices, Retail, Education, and Healthcare.
- Conduct POE surveys using your knowledge as a Facilities Engineer to learn how successful a building is in real life compared to models.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Building Services Engineer: HNC (or equiv) qualified, possibly Chartered Status or working towards.
- Experience in mechanical design, post-occupancy engineering services, and rounded property knowledge.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services engineering and relevant UK and EU regulations.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- The desire to develop skills in work-winning and building successful teams.
