A long-standing manufacturing business located in LS11 is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their office-based team. Working alongside a small, supportive group, you'll be part of a company that values forward-thinking and continuous improvement. Salary is set at 27,000.



About the Role

This position involves providing essential support to the sales department, overseeing internal order processes, and acting as a point of contact between customers and different areas of the business. It's well-suited to someone organised, proactive, and customer-focused.



Main Duties

  • Enter and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency

  • Deal with incoming enquiries and ensure they are directed appropriately

  • Manage complaints and returns in a professional manner

  • Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure orders are correct and delivered on time

  • Assist with supplier questionnaires and simple production reports

  • Help with quality control checks and general administrative tasks as needed
