Working Regional Supervisor / Team Lead RoleBasic salary of £43,000, plus £2000 performance related bonus, plus any additional field earningsWeekly Work Rota is as follows, 2 days x Remote days office based3 days x Installation Work (6 x Domestic installations and service calls)Role:Working closely with the other members of the management team, you will be a team leader of a small group (up to 5) installers based in the field operations, you will be supporting with the following-Day to Day Management-Technical advice & Guidance-Remote Quality Auditing of Installations-QS of Certificates & Signing Off-On-site audits and In Person Meet'sAnother part of the role will be assisting the ongoing upskilling of the current workforce as well in a potential involvement in the onboarding process. You will always be striving to help with day-to-day improvements as well as making process improvement suggestions being the best placed conduit between the field force and management team.Requirements:It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate the following skills:Electrical- NVQ Level 3 electrical installations qualification or or L3 + AM2 qualification.(C&G 2350, 2355, 6161, 2361/2, 2367/8, 2360, 2369, 2346, 2356 orEAL 610/2859/9, 603/5982/1)- Inspection ad testing C&G 2391 or 2394 or equivalent- BS 7671 :2018, 18th edition-City and Guilds EV installation 2919 or equivalent. ( ideal but not essential ) -Minimum of 2 years' experience in field operationsManagement Skills / Potential - Strong IT knowledge and experience of Laptop use-Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams -Excellent people skills, both internally and externally-Ability to provide technical advice -Problem solving-Relationship building skills -Leadership and guidance-Attention to detail in providing documentations-Excellent standards of installation work
