This role offers a competitive daily rate of 250 - 400, providing a fantastic opportunity for those with the right experience. You'll lead the service in a turning around compliance and rebuilding the relationships with Local Authorities, allowing you to showcase your leadership and organisational skills.
As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff.
- Monitor and improve service quality and performance.
- Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the service operates smoothly.
