Are you a Regional Sales Manager from an Electrical Systems background, looking to join a multi-national company with a multi-billion pound turnover where you will manage a team playing an integral part of pushing sales across the North?

In this role you will be 50% out on the road supporting and managing your team of 5 External Sales Representatives and the other 50% you will be able to work from home. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring, alongside monitoring KPI's and dealing with high level decisions.

The role would suit Regional Sales Manager from an Electrical Systems background, wanting to progress their career to the next level in a company known for their staff retention.
The Role
- 50% field based, 50% work from home
- Managing 5 External Sales Representatives
- Coaching / mentoring
- Covering North patch
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
