About the Role

Join an award-winning modern law firm and play a key role in supporting its Accounts Payable Function. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking business that works across global markets, combining legal expertise with innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and post invoices accurately using Access and Inprotech
  • Manage supplier payments and remittance advice
  • Reconcile bank and supplier accounts
  • Maintain petty cash and monitor bank balances
  • Respond to supplier queries via shared mailbox
  • Support audit and disbursement management tasks

The ideal candidate will have

At least two years' experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role, ideally gained within a professional services environment. You'll bring excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a proactive mindset. Strong IT proficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential, along with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
