Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

Search are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well known organisation for a 3 month contract. If you have a strong background in purchase ledger and are looking for a temporary role in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for processing and coding invoices accurately and promptly, matching purchase orders to invoices and resolving discrepancies, ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices, reconciling suppliers statements and handling supplier queries whilst communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
