Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to jump into a busy finance team? We're looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to support a busy finance team on an ongoing temporary basis in Leeds.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end reporting
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good Excel knowledge
- A proactive, can-do attitude
