Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
We are excited to be working with a well-established, family-owned manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Production Operative / Manufacturing Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will be trained to operate specialist equipment including a flexographic label printing press, adhesive coating machines, and slitting/spooling equipment, all while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Setting up and running production jobs accurately and efficiently
Operating machinery including presses, slitters, and spooling equipment
Ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are consistently met
Monitoring and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues where needed
Safely handling adhesives, inks, and chemicals
Recording production data accurately in the company system
Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team and production targets
About You:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, who takes pride in their work. Full training will be provided, but previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.

Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
Basic IT/computer skills
Desirable experience:
Experience with printing, coating, or slitting machinery
Previous work in fast-paced manufacturing environments
