Conduct routine inspections and promptly address fabric maintenance issues, such as repairing doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and floors
Utilise your expertise in various materials, including wood, metal, and plastic, to undertake painting, decorating, and a range of DIY tasks
Identify and address safety hazards, ensuring all maintenance and repair activities comply with relevant regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Comprehensive experience in property maintenance and fabric upkeep
Sound understanding and experience of health and safety procedures and requirements
Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively
