VIQU has partnered with a leading supply chain organisation seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join their expanding change function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to work on a variety of business change initiatives, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, solution design, and delivering tangible value across the business. Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and drivers behind change initiatives
• Define the approach for analysis activities, ensuring appropriate techniques are utilised to capture and assess requirements
• Conduct detailed investigation into current processes and structures to accurately identify business problems and improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements, forming a foundation for effective solution design
• Evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes and support the development of a strong business case
• Identify changes across people, processes, and technology that are essential for successful delivery
• Prioritise requirements based on business value to ensure efficient and iterative delivery
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to design future-state processes and support testing, implementation, and transition to live service
• Ensure alignment of change initiatives with strategic business objectives using VMOST frameworks

Key Requirements of the Business Analyst:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role
• Proven track record across the full delivery lifecycle on projects of varying complexity
• Demonstrable experience in business change projects covering people, process, and technology
• Proficient in a range of analysis and elicitation techniques
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile delivery methodologies
• Hands-on experience using Confluence, JIRA, or similar tools
• Strong documentation skills, including producing requirement lists, gap analyses, and business rules
