Senior Development Manager

Home-Based (North of England) | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Development Manager to lead high-value regeneration projects using a Developer Led Framework across the North of England.

This senior role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management and client engagement — advising on procurement strategies and showcasing the value of our framework. You’ll work closely with the Development Director and play a key part in driving growth and delivering impactful projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead complex development projects from inception to completion
  • Develop procurement strategies and manage risk and delivery plans
  • Engage with public and private sector partners to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Champion sustainability and social value
  • Support clients with procurement strategies, tender documents and business cases
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and maintain client relationships

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in property development, construction or real estate
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of procurement frameworks and public sector procurement processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and confident working independently
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
