Key Responsibilities:
- Research and prospect new business opportunities across key sectors
- Re-engage lapsed clients and nurture long-term relationships
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, email, and networking - using a consultative approach
- Collaborate with our marketing team to convert inbound leads into opportunities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Key Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in a B2B product-based sales role
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing both administrative tasks and client conversations
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven - with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about delivering value and service with professionalism and integrity
