We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support international sales efforts. This role is essential in helping to grow pipeline, working closely with a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to identify and engage with prospective clients. You’ll play a key part in nurturing early-stage relationships, qualifying leads and helping move opportunities forward in the sales cycle.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow up on inbound leads and respond to marketing-generated enquiries.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and research to identify new opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Support top-of-funnel sales activity and maintain CRM records.
  • Build and manage target account lists and outbound campaigns.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and 6Sense for research,
  • Deliver insights and initial prospect analysis to support sales strategy,
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and targeting.
  • Join early-stage client calls, assist with demos and handle initial objections.

About you:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Some experience in a sales, business development or inside sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and value-based selling methodologies.
