The aim of the Lead Generation Specialist is clear - drive demand and build quality pipelines.

This means:

Demand Generation - B2B lead generation across email, CRM, content and LinkedIn to attract and convert the right prospects.

Nurture & Conversion - Building smart, data-led nurture journeys that move leads through the funnel and support sales in hitting pipeline goals.

Content & Engagement - Using relevant content and LinkedIn strategies to spark interest, build trust, and drive demand.

Experiment & Improve - Driving a culture of testing, learning and iterating to uncover new growth opportunities and continuously improve performance.

Profile

Must-Haves

  • 3-5 years in a B2B marketing or lead generation role
  • Data-driven, analytical, and focused on measurable results
  • Growth minded with a track record of driving pipeline
  • Strong written English and confident creating content
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM, and digital channels
  • Marketing qualification or relevant experience
  • Curious, proactive, and always looking to improve

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation and nurture flows
