Veritas Education are looking for an Education Candidate Resourcer to join our team in our expanding Leeds Office.
As an Education Candidate Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier educational candidates for our schools.
You will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent to support our recruitment consultants and clients. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates across a range of roles, conducting initial screening calls, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future vacancies.
- Write engaging job adverts and post them on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Support the recruitment team with administrative and project-based tasks.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or administration role is ideal (but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Confident using technology, databases, and social media platforms.
