Role: Team Administration Assistant

Location: LS7

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: 26-27,000 per annum

We are excited to be working with one of our fantastic Charity partners again to recruit a friendly and organised Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a business that really does make a difference.

You will be reporting directly to the Business Support Manager and be the compassionate, safe pair of hands for all things admin so if you're able to effortlessly manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously with a calm and flexible approach to work, then this is going to be the perfect opportunity for you.

Due to the importance of this role, you will need to show you have recent and similar experience of working in a varied admin position to ensure you can hit the ground running.

Please note that this office is based across 2 floors without elevators on site and this position require you to be able to have access to each floor.

Brief Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all telephone and email queries, assisting and directing as needed
  • Welcoming scheduled visitors to the site and typing up minutes of meetings
  • Processing and submitting invoices, making purchases as required
  • Liaise with utility companies and service providers, booking in repairs as needed
  • Ensuring the database is always up to date with payments
  • Contacting the client base as required
  • Assisting with the smooth running of the supported Food Bank on site
  • Admin duties as required by the Senior Management and wider team including sorting mail, photocopying, keeping stationery supplies in stock

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role including reception duties
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to learn
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
